Immigration: Naturalization: Citizenship: Pg. 94-95 Moving to live permanently in a foreign country. Naturalization: The legal way that a non-citizen in a country becomes a citizen or receives nationality Citizenship: A person has rights and responsibilities of a country

How to become a Canadian citizen? Pg. 94-95 Today a person born in Canada or born elsewhere with at least one Canadian parent is automatically considered a Canadian citizen. Newcomers to Canada can apply for citizenship after living in Canada for at least 3 years.
