PCHS Swimming Interest Meeting 2016-2017

Your Coaches Ms. Mathews clike-mathews2@wcpss.net Coach Randy Year Round Swimmer for 15 years for RMSC in Maryland! In charge of NC State Club Swimming for 3 years! 1st Year Teacher Coached the Woodcreek Whitecaps over the summer! Coach Randy Year Round Swimmer for 10 Years Swam for NC State Club Swimming for 4 years! Planning on going to Med School Coached for the Bryan Family YMCA!

Practice Requirements Practices begin on Tuesday, November 1st and continue until early Feb. All practices are at Morrisville Aquatic Center! We practice Monday – Thursday from 5-6am before school EXCEPT for days AFTER the meet! Yay no Friday practices! You must come to ¾ practices per week to be on the team! If you are a year round swimmer, you must come to ¼ practices. Those are the ONLY cuts!

Swim Meets – All meets are at Triangle Aquatic Center Monday – November 21st @ 7pm vs. Garner, Rolesville, and Clayton Tuesday – November 29th @ 7pm vs. Garner, Cary, and Middle Creek Wednesday – December 7th @ 7pm vs. Broughton, Holly Springs, and Sanderson Wednesday – December 14th @ 7pm vs. Green Hope, Apex, and Holly Springs Tuesday – January 10th @ 7pm vs. Middle Creek, Knightdale, and Athens Drive Conference and States = TBD (must qualify)

Swim suits, shirts, caps, apparel Swim Suit Try-Ons & Warm-Up Fitting will be on Tuesday 11/8 during Smart Lunch! Orders for Apparel will go through Aquatic Management Group! I will give you all a form with items, sizes, and prices! THIS MUST BE TURNED IN BY FRIDAY 11/10! You don’t need to order a suit – you can use a PLAIN black suit. SENIORS – I NEED YOUR TSHIRT DESIGN ASAP!
