Deadline to submit all time is three days after the Chapter meeting for the month following your activity. Privacy Statement LVAP coordinators are required to collect, maintain and report personally identifiable information along with volunteer hours served. This reporting only occurs within the DAV organization until properly screened and released by an appropriate release authority to an authorized agency required to comply with Privacy Act requirements. Although not strictly required to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 USC 552a, DAV LVAP coordinators take every reasonable effort to control and protect volunteers while in possession of their identification information. Any information received will be used only for the purpose(s) for which it is provided and will not be shared with any unconcerned entities.
