Aksaray Kamber Gülüzar Demir İlkokulu was built in 1997 and started the education term. The school is a primary school with 1003 students aged 5-10. There are first , second , third and fourth grades. Students have Maths, Science, Turkish, Social Studies, English, Art, Music and Physical Education lessons at school.

School has 51 teachers.

It has four preschool classes.

Students have a different socio-cultural perspective Students have a different socio-cultural perspective. Most of pupils come from families who have medium socio-economic levels. And they also have immigrant students in all classes. The staff works with a great motivation to help the improvement of formal and informal learning. They are eager to constantly learn new things so that they can improve their work. They are passionate professionals, communicative and helpful to the students and the parents as well. The most important thing is that they work as a team to smooth out all the problems they come across to help their students at school .

Sports is curial for students and teachers Sports is curial for students and teachers. In spring, we have football matches between the classes and the best team is awarded.

On the 23rd of April, every year we celebrate the Children’s Day in Turkey. This is a present of Atatürk to all children in the world. All schools have its own festival for students . We prepare a special program for this day, students read poems, sing, act, dance and play games . Our classes are decorated with ballons, flags and pictures.
