Conclusion: We chose to rent the house. This is because the cost is below our budget. Also because it is very spacious including 2 and half bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has very few cons. It is close to our university and the bus is walking distance. It is furnished, utilities are included and there is no deposit. House: Apartment: We did not choose the apartment because it was both more expensive and smaller than the other options and the water is also not included with no parking. Basement Suite: We also did not choose the basement suite because it is not furnished and the cable and internet are not included. It is also a bit farther than the university that we both want to attend.
