Dovedale Stage 1 modern community of 16 two-storey townhouses (90 beds) Independent living for mature students Development includes 5 and 1 bedroom units Due for completion by Christmas 2017 To be occupied from February 2018

Construction Naylor Love are the company contracted to design and build the units Stufkens + Chambers are the Architects they have engaged

Construction Work on site will commence this week Prefabricated for quieter, quicker build 2-3 days per unit to create the shell

Construction Some initial excavation work is required which may be noisy This will include a roller to compact the ground to take the loads

Construction A show unit is planned to be complete in August All units complete by December

Hoarding & Tree Removal Some trees are to be removed to make way for construction A hoarding will be installed consistent with others on campus Hoarding Line Trees to be removed Zone for Site Sheds
