Digital Transport: Oak Ridge, Tennessee If Virginia, Shannon, and Froggy came to my Hometown The Earth, My Butt, and Other Big Round Things by Carolyn Mackler

Welcome to Oak Ridge, TN

Oak Ridge High School Since Virginia, Froggy, and Shannon are all in highschool, I would have to take them by to see the “new” Oak Ridge High School.

Go Oak Ridge Wildcats! Football Game The football game is the place to be for a highschooler on a Friday night!

Big Ed’s Pizza is a MUST after an Oak Ridge Wildcat Football game.

What’s for dinner? Outback and Panera are my favorite places to eat so I would definitely have to take them out for lunch and dinner. Also, we would have to go eat some good Mexican food too!

You just can’t go wrong with a Pumpkin Spice Latte! Coffee You just can’t go wrong with a Pumpkin Spice Latte!

The Oak Ridge Playhouse I would have to take Virginia, Froggy, and Shannon to the Oak Ridge Playhouse to see a play. They do an amazing job!

Tinsletown Grab some popcorn, a coke, some candy, and catch a movie at the movie theatre.

If Virginia, Froggy, and Shannon came to my home town I would: Take them to an Oak Ridge Wildcat Football game. After the game, I would take them to eat at Big Ed’s Pizza (which is a tradition after the football games). I would take them to my favorite restaurants: Outback Steakhouse and Panera Bread. I would have to take them to eat Mexican food at least once! I would take them to Starbucks for a Pumpkin Spice Latte! I would take them to see a play at the Oak Ridge Playhouse. I would take them to see a movie at Tinsletown.
