Lingva ICT projects FAMOUS PEOPLE Jelena Jankovic is a tennis player from Serbia. She was born on the 28 February 1985. She was born in Belgrade. She studied economics. Jelena learned her first tennis skills at the Tennis Club 'Red Star'. Jelena replaced Ana Ivanovic as the world no.1 on 11 august 2008. Her brother Marko is Jelena's coach.
Lingva ICT projects FAMOUS PEOPLE Jelena has her own documentary, Jelena's World. It was made in 2008. On 5th December 2007 she became UNICEF National Ambassador for Serbia for Children's Fund. She is helpful and generous. She is in a relatioship with Mladjan Janovic.

In the beginning of her career she was 90th at APT list, but after three months she was in top 10. She won her first grand slam at the 2006 US Open. In 2007 she won her second WTA singels at the ASB Classic. She began her 2008 season by reaching her third grand slam semi-final at the Australian Open.
