Lab 3: Getting Started With LonWorks LAB 3B – 5 min Add, Discover & Match Lon Devices From the Distech Controls palette, add a BcpLonworksDevice (generic Distech Controls GFX controller template) to your BcpLonNetwork. Select the specific device type/model (right-click command). Discover the devices (physical controllers) on your BcpLonNetwork. Match the discovered device (ECL-600) with the BcpLonworksDevice device in the station database BACK TO MENU BACK TO SECTIONS

Lab 3: B – Add, Discover & Match Match the discovered device (ECL-600) with the BcpLonworksDevice device in the station database. AFTER: Neuron ID is populated BACK TO MENU BACK TO SECTIONS

Lab 3: Getting Started With LonWorks LAB 3C – 5 min Commission the Lon Device and Download Commission it, and rename it AHU_Lxx. Perform a Download Action on your new AHU_Lxx device and wait until you get a Success confirmation (or Upload Action in the case of an existing device). BACK TO MENU BACK TO SECTIONS

Lab 3: C – Commission & Download Progress bar Apply Neuron ID Commission it, and rename it AHU_Lxx. Select Commission button BACK TO MENU BACK TO SECTIONS

Lab 3: C – Commission & Download (Perform a Download Action on your new AHU_Lxx device and wait until you get a Success confirmation (or Upload Action in the case of an existing device)). Downloads any configurations performed offline to the new device. BACK TO MENU BACK TO SECTIONS

Lab 3: Getting Started With LonWorks LAB 3D – 5 min Launch Wizard on the Lon Device and Validate the connection in EC-gfxProgram Launch the Wizard on your AHU_Lxx device (right-click command). This will launch the associated configuration wizard for your particular device (if the wizard is installed on the computer you are using). In this LAB, because the ECL-650 is a gpi programmable controller, the wizard that opens is EC- gfxProgram. In EC-gfxProgram, validate that you are online (live) on your controller (shows Connected in green). BACK TO MENU

Lab 3: D – Launch Wizard, Validate Connection Launch the Wizard on your AHU_Lxx device (right-click command). BACK TO MENU

Lab 3: D – Launch Wizard, Validate Connection ECgfxProgram is launched VALIDATE CONNECTION In the EC-gfxProgram, validate that you are online (live) on your controller (shows 2 green dots). BACK TO MENU
