Constitution Constitution adopted at an Annual General Meeting of Sierra Leone Association for Women in Science and Engineering, 01/09/2014 Name The name of the Association shall be Sierra Leone Association for Women in Science and Engineering (SLAWiSE).   Objective The main objective of the Sierra Leone AWiSE shall be to To help organize the annual Science Education workshops with Bannerman Education Administrator (Farmanga Ngobeh) To help build and preserve the participation of Women in science, engineering and technology (SET) fields in both industry and academia by organising capacity building/ networking meetings and access to a mentoring scheme as well as gathering and distributing information

Progress Facebook group started on 2nd February 2014 With 3 members Now 13 members on facebook Mentoring programme has been designed by Cambridge Association of Women in Science and Engineering, UK (Dr Jenny Koenig) Maine Association of Women in Science and Engineering, USA (Lucie Hutchins) We would like to encourage more women to sign and join the group
