Libraries did not close, not even 1 day! New labels needed
Moving staff Back office City Campus Acquisitions, Cataloguing team Small team left, different way of working Important to keep a good contact with CST (meetings, email, …) visibility Less back office staff, more front office staff slow process, not easy to adjust Staff has to be flexible

Library Mathematics and Informatics Very beautiful building, built in 1995 Only Math and ICT collections a couple of visitors a day. Very expensive library! Department of Maths needs more offices for the staff but does not want to hear about the library moving. Convinced them Moving to CGB in 2016

Assimilation Oct 2013: all academic courses taught at polytechnics will be assimilated into the universities Industrial Sciences: circa 1.400 students Translaters and Interpreters: circa 1.000 students Product development: circa 500 students Physiothearpy: circa 800 students … and their collections!
