Cumulative Capital Projects In 2003, the Ministry of Education conducted a review of all schools in the province. All capital projects and repairs identified through the inspections were entered into a central database. In 2005, Rainbow District School Board verified and validated all of the cumulative capital projects. In the fall of 2009, Rainbow District School Board validated cumulative capital projects in Sudbury South Area Schools.
