Dear Customers, My father used to have a small store in Osmaniye in 1982. On one day I came up with an idea and I bought a truck. With this truck I start to visit farms in villages to collect peanuts. I loaded the peanuts to to tuck then went to various cities to sell . In 1991 my father established a peanut factory in Osmaniye. Finally in 2010, I carried my father’s business to Ankara, capital of Turkey. I developped store and factory just from peanut to all kinds of dried fruits and nuts. Now my expert team started to carry this business abroad . Maybe they don’t have that truck but they surely do have motivation and courage enough to do this. It is an honor to me to do a long term business with valuable customers. Best Regards İsmail DOĞAN

Today, apart from Iran, Iraq, and Syria, pistachios are being produced in many countries such as the United States, Australia, Turkey, and China, among others. They are a drupe, where the fruit has a large seed in the center. This seed is edible. The nuts of pistachio are not seasonal and are available all year long. They can be bought from almost any grocery store.
Pistachios are available today in various forms such as shelled, unshelled, sweetened or salted. The shell on the nut protects it from physical damage and various infections. On the other hand, salted and sweetened pistachios may not be a good choice because of their high sodium and sugar content. The ideal way is to buy unshelled nuts, as they are in their natural form and are the least processed. They must be stored in airtight containers in cool and dry places so that they can last for many months without going bad.
