Approach Self-Assess Map Out a Plan Actively Engage Register in TigerQuest Track Your Transformation S = Self-assess (examine your skills, interests and values by creating an Individual Development Plan [IDP]) M = Map out a plan with your major advisor to identify professional development activities that meet your developmental needs (use the GS2) A = Actively engage in identifying the skills you need to attain your personal, academic, and professional goals R = Register in TigerQuest (reflect on your progress and revise your plan to better prepare for post-graduation T = Track your transformation
