Purpose The Administrative Fund is established annually to support Cal Poly Pomona student clubs, organizations and individuals with outreach programs and student activities including conference attendance, training, and workshops.

Sponsorship Office of the President Divisional of Academic Affairs Division of Administrative Affairs Division of Information Technology Division of Student Affairs Division of University Advancement

Group Applications Currently chartered with OSL ASI account in good standing Requests from multiple individuals from the same student group treated as a group request Travel document must be turned in within two weeks of return date to ASI Financial Services Maximum award $1,000 The Cardboard stars are now hanging in offices and on the shuttle bus as reminders that we truly appreciate hard work.

Individual Applications Currently registered and in good academic standing (min. cum GPA of 2.0 or above) Travel document must be turned in within two weeks of return date to Office of VP for Student Affairs Maximum award $1,000 The Cardboard stars are now hanging in offices and on the shuttle bus as reminders that we truly appreciate hard work.

Group & Individual Event/activity must take place within stated deadline Faculty/staff advisor must sign Evaluation is due within two weeks Potential additional funding (up to $1,000) to defray on-campus lease & facility charges Individual and group contribution & funding from other sources desirable The Cardboard stars are now hanging in offices and on the shuttle bus as reminders that we truly appreciate hard work.

What we look for How do you benefit from the event? How does the University benefit from the event? Supporting documents provided(flyer, conference schedule, travel estimates)? Funding from other sources? Is the budget complete? Does it show a need?

Timeline Committee meets to make decisions about two weeks after deadline Notifications are mailed out to the address provided Travel requests will receive funding after submission of all required travel documentation

Travel – Individual (VPSA) Travel Expense Claim with original receipts and credit card/bank statements Lodging: receipt/folio showing zero balance Airfare: boarding passes Rental Car: Receipt showing zero balance Conference Registration, name tag, agenda, flyer Validation of your attendance/course material
