Homework Daily Reading Please read with your child daily and record it in their reading records. When is homework given & due in? Homework is sent home every Wednesday and must be in by the following Monday.

Educational Visits Year 1 are currently working towards finalising visits this year, however nothing is yet set in stone. As soon as we know, you’ll be the first to know 

Our behaviour system

If your child has concerns If a child is unhappy we encourage them to speak out about it by: Talking to a friend Raising an issue in circle time Talking to any member of staff Talking to a parent/ carer who can relay worries to us Talking to any class teacher Writing a note to any trusted adult who can then investigate. Speaking to a middle or senior leader

Addressing parent concerns Firstly, please speak to the class teacher or any member of the Year 1 team – we are here to help! If it has not been resolved the next step is the Phase Leader – Mrs Hall (Year 2 Seals) Then, if it still hasn’t been resolved the next step is one of the Senior Leadership Team. Mrs Chadda is based as KS1 senior support.
