Look carefully at the map. Answer the following questions: Which country has the highest carbon emissions? Which country has the lowest carbon emissions? Why might the USA and China have higher emissions than Tonga and Kenya? Is there a pattern between the highest and the lowest?

Finally: Do ‘total carbon emissions’ give us a full picture on who is causing global warming? Or do we need more information? Explain your view....
