Terms & Conditions 1. Payment of Tuition Fee Tuition fees are payable when the enrolment form is submitted. No places are confirmed until full payment has been received. They may be paid by cash or crossed cheque made payable to “Bright Children Limited”. 2. Refund We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, give refunds for classes/workshops already paid for. 3. Missed classes We do not provide make-up classes for classes missed during Workshops. 4. Class Cancellation There is a minimum number of 3 children required per workshop/course to go ahead; If the workshop/course is cancelled due to low numbers, you will receive a full refund. 5. Typhoon & Rainstorm Warning Signals a) No classes will be held when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, cancellation of classes may be arranged at our discretion. b) Parents are advised to exercise their discretion on whether to send their children to Kidz-n-Us under adverse weather conditions. Please call us during these times to confirm our opening. c) We regret that we cannot arrange make-up classes for these or other enforced closures beyond our control. 6. Photos and Other Media Due to the proprietary nature of our courses, photos and videos may only be taken with the written permission of Kidz-n-Us. We reserve the right to use photos, videos and/or sound recordings of children and their class works for teacher training, curriculum and/or promotional purposes. 7. Sending and Collecting Your Child Classes will begin and end on time. It is important that children are collected promptly after the completion of each lesson. 8. Clothing Please ensure that child wear comfortable clothing & footwear and keep an extra set of spare clothing in the children’s bag. 9. Certificate Student will receive his/her Workshop Attendance Certificate in May 2015. (ON REQUEST) 10. Teachers Kidz-n-Us reserves the right to change teachers before & during any course or program without any prior notice. 11. Food and Beverages We provide water and snack for our students in our Summer Workshops break time. Please inform us if your child has any food or other allergies. 12. Medical Emergency In the event of a medical emergency, your child should be taken to the nearest hospital and we will advise the parent as soon as possible. Any expense necessarily incurred will be paid by the parent. 13.
