Harmonization and preparation of the A Framework for Sustainable Water Resources Management in the La Plata Basin, with Respect to the Hydrological Effects of Climatic Variability and Change Project Objetive Strengthening the efforts of the governments of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay to implement their shared vision for the environmental, social and economic sustainable development of the La Plata Basin, specifically in the areas of the protection and integrated management of its water resources and adaptation to climatic change and variability Harmonization and preparation of the Strategic Action Programme for the Sustainable Management of the La Plata Basin.
