Leadership Team (9) District News Editor (DNE) District Technology Editor (DTE) Communications and Marketing (CM) Chair District Convention (DCON) Chair Kiwanis Family & Foundations (KFF) Chair Member Recognition (MR) Chair Member Relations (MRS) Chair Service Projects (SP) Chair Policy, International, & Elections (PIE) Chair

District Technology Editor Update the CyberKey Create resources for the District Oversee the CNH Social Media accounts Promote and abide by the Graphic Standards Guide Promote the CNH District and its initiatives through the internet

District News Editor Provide monthly updates to the District via District Newsletter Assist others with CNH Key Club publications Liaison between Division News Editors and the District Communicate with CM committee and Leadership Team

General Chair Duties Delegate and Lead the committee to complete the directives given at the beginning of term. Collaborate with other committees & executives Attend monthly Leadership teleconference Host monthly committee teleconference Submit MRFs, monthly newsletter files, agendas, minutes, board reports, etc. Create resources as fitting of the committee Create and publish resources for training conferences Communicate with the membership (reflectors) BEE a role model for the District AND the District Board

Communications and Marketing Chair Focus on positive, purposeful promotion of the CNH District and Key Club International Provide resources and training material for Clubs and District use Promote the Graphics Department Research and develop proposals for further district consideration

Communications & Marketing Chair Create guides, manuals, protocols, publications, videos, and promotional items Promote Graphic Standards Collaborate with the DTE to update social media and CyberKey Coordinate DCON Social Media Team and DCON Overlay Work with the Graphics Department Coordinator

District Convention Chair Organize all of the details and logistics of District Convention to maximize education and attendee experience Research & develop methods to assist the membership in registering for DCON Revise & develop effective resources to guide and assist the membership through the year Create promotional resources to promote DCON

Kiwanis Family & Foundation Chair Understand and research Kiwanis Family interactions throughout the District Educate the members about the Kiwanis Family Promote the CNH Foundation Scholarships and PTP Grants Inform members about preferred charities, District Focus, and International Campaign Work with the College EXPO Coordinator, Key Leader Coordinator, and Pediatric Trauma Program Coordinator

Member Recognition Chair Provide updated materials on the CyberKey for District & International contests Recognize divisions & clubs on a monthly basis District Monthly Recognition Newsletter Program Member Recognition Program (MRP) Organize recognition for DCON and throughout the year Host Online and On-site Judging for DCON Communicate with Executives for contest judging

Member Relations Chair Educate and support the members Support newly chartered clubs Create and revise resources for the CyberKey Provide education materials for Training Conferences OTC, LTCs, RTC prep resources and PowerPoints Organize the DCON Education Plan Provide suggestions and proposals for Board Training Conferences

Policy, International, & Elections Chair Assist the clubs in creating/revising their policies and bylaws Review and revise District Bylaws and Policy Manual Collaborate with International Trustee to relay international business Promote Key Club International initiatives Assist with club elections, conclave, and District Elections Work with the Sergeant-At-Arms Coordinator

Service Projects Chair Promote and recognize service through the Spotlight on Service Program Advertise information on Key Club International Vision Partners and Preferred Charities Promote the District Service Hour Goal Work with the Service Expo Coordinator

Coordinator Team (6) College Expo Coordinator Graphics Department Coordinator Key Leader Coordinator Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP) Coordinator Sergeant at Arms Coordinator Service Expo Coordinator

General Coordinator Duties Collaborate with and contribute to the committee you serve upon Attend monthly Coordinator/Committee teleconferences Submit MRFs Create resources as fitting of the position BEE a role model for the District AND the District Board

College Expo Coordinator Appoint and lead the Region College Expo coordinators Update the College Information Center on the CyberKey Produce college-related resources for the District Collaborate with the KFF committee Research and organize the DCON College Expo

Graphics Department (GD) Coordinator Appoint and lead the GD Team Work with Leadership Team, Coordinator Team, and Executives to fulfill graphic requests Host monthly GD Team teleconferences Implement and promote the Graphic Standards Guide Create graphics and backdrops for DCON/Fall Rally Create infographics and resources for member education

Key Leader Coordinator Serve as a liaison between the District and the Key Leader program Work with CNH Kiwanis District Key Leader Chair Promote the Key Leader program Advertise Key Leader Scholarship opportunities Create resources & training materials for Key Leader Program Collaborate with the KFF Committee

Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP) Coordinator Oversee the advertisement of PTP Produce PTP resources Advertise the PTP Foundation Grant Coordinate PTP Week Coordinate PTP for Fall Rally South & North Collaborate with the KFF Committee

Sergeant at Arms (SAA) Coordinator Appoint DCON SAA Captains Train and provide protocol information for the SAA Captains Collaborate with Circle K SAA liaisons Execute SAA team calls Ensure that Code of Conduct & Dress Code are upheld at DCON Collaborate with the PIE Committee

Service Expo Coordinator Oversee Division Service Expo Coordinators District outreach for recognition opportunities Research and organize the DCON Service Expo Collaborate with the SP Committee

Terms & Conditions Must be a Key Clubber in good standing Complete 50 hours of community service Communicate with committee members, advisors, executives, and administrators Attend/conduct committee meetings Fulfill the majority of your directives Provide training materials, publications, and promotional material Attend all mandatory training conferences
