World Glaucoma Day Celebrations Exhibition in the hospital was well attended by the Public World Glaucoma Week - Rally Glaucoma Screening Camp held at Vision centre Awareness programme in local FM 2

Dreams & Achievements - 2016 Goals Achieved Action Plan Resource Person 15% increase in surgical load 3% 1. To strengthen counselling 2. Unoperated and lost to follow up patients to be actively followed up 3. To Ensure better coverage of CM insurance Sr. Priya Sr. Revathi 5% increase in new OP 9% To strengthen family screening , opportunistic screening All Doctors & All Sisters 10% increase in review OP 4% To improve follow up counseling Sr. Priya Sr. Revathi To increase the percentage of less than 3 hour disposal from 74% to 79% Done 74 % To closely monitor the CMS To segregate patients who need only the appointment date and not the routine counselling and fast track them Strengthen the counselling To increase 7-8 am appointment and 4-5 pm appointment esp for local patients Sr. Lakshmi Sr. A.T.Priya
