Climate Definition: The usual weather conditions in a particular place or region. Example: The climate in the Pacific Northwest is rainy most of the year, but has warm dry summers. Task: On your world maps, find one place that has a cold climate, and one place that has a warm climate.

Landforms Definition: A natural feature of the earth’s surface. Example: Mt. Rainier is a landform in Washington State. Task: Draw one landform on your world map.
