INTRODUCTION The economic transformations which take place in Ukraine, are intended to integrate Ukrainian enterprises into the system of international economic relations on the one hand and to attract foreign entrepreneurs to work in Ukraine – on the other. Metallurgical complex is a major sector of Ukrainian economy, which unites more than 300 companies. More than 34% of Ukrainian ferrous metallurgy products are produced in Dnipropetrovsk region.

“Interpipe” in the domestic market «Interpipe» (Dnipropetrovsk) – is a leading enterprise in Ukraine producing steel tubes and solid-rail wheels

FEA of “Interpipe” The share of “Interpipe” in the world tube market is about 2 %, in segment of solid wheels— 12,8 %. In 2012 products of the company were sold in 85 countries. In 2012 on factories of the company were produced 1,21mln. t of steel pipes and 216,8 ths. t of wheel products.

Conclusion So, “Interpipe” is the leader of steel production in Ukraine, and one of the biggest producers in the world.
