Non-Profit Organization A non-profit organization is an organization that works for the benefit of people and not for profit.

Name of the Organization. The full name of the organization: “Making Lives Organization” (MLO).

The Founders MLO will be established by a group of young and energetic people from FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Type & Nature Of The Organization MLO will be a non-government, not-for-profit and non-sectarian, non-partisan organization working for social development of vulnerable and less developed people. Initially locally, then expands.

Year Of Establishment Making Lives Organization (MLO) will be established in the end of 2014.

Vision Our vision is to create a self reliant, self confident and self aware society that helps themselves individually as well as collectively for the prosperity of human being.

Mission Our mission is to self empower the disadvantaged segment of community, including all men, women and children, through enhancing their skills and knowledge in education, health and socio economic solutions.

Promotion of Education with Special Focus on Girls’ Education. Promote Basic Health Facilities. To raise literacy rate of the community To create awareness among the communities for collective action Broad Objectives

Focus Groups Making Lives Organization’s focus is on the socio-economically disadvantaged groups of women, youth and children.

  Geographical Focus The MLO’s will focus on the province of K.P and the (FATA) particularly, and the overall Pakistan generally.

Legal Status The organization will be registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, of 1961), Directorate of Social Welfare & WDD, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Financing The Organization will be funded initially by the fund raising and charities on the local level. Hopefully, in the long run, it will be funded by national and international donors.

Feasibility The idea is feasible because, initially, the organization will be funded by charities. And HR will be volunteers.
