Solution Outline: Download data from ProTrain Import file into Student Manager

Steps to Download from ProTrain Go to your Knowledgebase PRS website and login Click on the Reports tab and select Aceware Download Select the Date range you wish and click Go Click Export Data Save the Excel Spreadsheet We have created a User’s Guide for you!

Steps to Upload to SM: Set up Preferences (register tab) Go to Tools/Import-Export/ProTrain Import Assign Source Code (if you want it different from ProTrain) Choose to Group your batch of registrations (or not..)

You’ll need to have your downloaded Source File … Excel THIS is what will be your COURSE NUMBER in SM

The Excel file can have multiple names, multiple courses, multiple registrations with different fees for each
