Suggested procedure SATELLITE will support ongoing and planned cooperation between CIVITAS2020 projects (e.g. SUMP Cluster). SATELLITE will develop proposals for cooperation, including the actions SATELLITE can take to support such cooperation. The project coordinators of the projects involved will be invited to respond to the proposals (accept, decline, amend).
