Ever Fall Asleep in Church? Acts 20: 1-12

Ever Fall Asleep in Church> Paul was concerned about a collection for the church in Jerusalem. The ‘list’ of travelers (v.4) is delegates from the gentile churches for safety/represent churches. “We” is back, Luke joins the missionaries. Layover in Troas to ‘catch’ their ship, worship and fellowship in the church there. The ‘service’ went late into Sunday night. Eutychus sitting in 3rd story window fell asleep. He died from the fall, but a Resurrection miracle brought him back to life.

Finally – Paul’s Ministry Begins in Ephesus After the miracle, they went back up to have communion and a meal. Eutychus’ resurrection points to Jesus, a powerful witness all his life. All were encouraged and strengthened in faith by what God showed them through Paul. Can people hear our testimony and be ‘comforted’ and strengthened?
