Try and use mathematical language and number formation Round and Round You might like to join us in our learning by: Bean diary Visit a garden centre Plant flowers or vegetables Doing an observational drawing Make some creative artwork Go on a nature walk! Life Cycles and Growing As the boys entered their classrooms this term they found some beans on the topic table! Where had they come from? How did they get there? What should the boys do with them? Together they will have to decide! Through the term we will be learning to write from different character's perspectives, retelling stories as well as writing our own creative tale! We will be using the familiar book Jack and the Beanstalk as well as many other modern stories to support our literacy development. Study Focus: Life cycles of plants, animals and humans Making observations and recording them. Taking care of the environment Continue to practice WRITING sounds, two letter sounds e.g. ‘ch’ ‘oi’ and letter formation as well as the weekly spellings Try and use mathematical language and number formation And don’t forget to…
