How to make a local bread?

Things that you need to be careful about The milk or the water that you use to melt the yeast must be cooler than the room temperature. Very hot or very cold ingredients damage the breads consistency and taste.

If you see a little foam in the yeast that you have melted it means that the yeast is ready.

While preparing the dough, mix the salt and flour first then add the other ingredients and knead the dough.

6.Bake at 175-200 degrees celsius for about 30 minutes or until the loaves are golden brown. Remove from pans and allow to cool.
