Logistics There are many dangerous places within the venue You must be completely responsible for your children at all times Please obey the rules for the resort Please make sure that if your children create noise in this auditorium you immediately remove them Families

Love We are recording all sessions Please be aware of not walking in front of cameras We are doing live editing Don't talk to the technical team while they are performing their jobs Make sure you are quiet during the session Recording

Love Please make sure you use them properly (demonstration) Please stand automatically if not in the front 3 rows Please do not hide from the video camera while in the audience Need volunteers for running the microphones on rotation Microphone Use

Love Are talking for 5-7 hours per day No additional conversations with you about your personal issues Question and answer sessions to ask about principles Please clear this venue promptly after the conclusion of final talks each day Please arrive on time for each session Presenters

Love Please make sure you are loving to each other Make sure you are not condescending, belittling or arrogant with each other We shall remove any person who is unloving to ourselves, other guests, or the venue itself Each Other

Love If you treat any of these people with anger or frustration, you will be removed from the group A number of people did this last time without our knowledge Volunteers

Love Not being on time for presentations is a major problem Presenters needing to wait for you is very unloving Opportunity to display love to venue, staff, presenters, support team and fellow participants Attendance

Love This is a major problem with a lack of love and lack of will to love e.g. Not standing up when you have the microphone e.g. Not holding the microphone close enough to your mouth e.g. Walking in front of the camera while they are shooting Ignoring Presenter Requests

Love Presenters will address a lack of love immediately Every issue they notice will be addressed If you have missed a presentation, then unless there are special circumstances (injury, sickness, death etc) we will ask you to leave the event Sign of respect for the information and presenters to attend all of the sessions Lack of Love

Love Outlines If you have not brought and pre-read your outlines, and prepared your questions, then there is little point in us preparing them beforehand for you Water Please do not take water back to rooms Purchase your own water for your rooms General

Love Content will be challenging Participants close down emotionally and become influenced Practical tips include to drink water regularly and breath Emotional tips include to identify resistance and feel the emotion Being Present

Questions & Interactions Are you saying… What did you mean by… I don’t understand… Why is … important? What is… How does ... happen? Types of Questions

Questions & Interactions Clip boards on donation & name tag tables Format of question sheets Procedure for questions Question Procedure

Questions & Interactions Current audience attitudes often demonstrate a purposeful desire to sin Presenters are not here to support your sin Examine the list of attitudes we have identified as unloving behaviour Attitudes

Questions & Interactions Preparation Unloving Attitude Loving Attitude I do little preparation and rely on presenters to guide me Lack of personal resp- onsibility, lack of care, lack of awareness of the importance of the material etc Examine each outline for each presentation before the day begins Prepare questions in advance Prepare to have a seeking attitude

Questions & Interactions Personal Statements Unloving Attitude Loving Attitude I want to make personal statements Impose my own life upon others, forcing others to listen to my stories, forcing others to waste their time Ask questions that do not waste the time of the presenter and other students Making statements for a selfish purpose is an addiction

Questions & Interactions Unloving Attitude Loving Attitude I am not diligent in defining questions I say whatever pops into my head I waste time I am open to unloving spirit influences I get presenter off-topic Prepare questions in advance if possible Ensures questions are clearly stated Ensures all time wasting removed ah's, um's, I think I…, I feel I…, I am not sure…

Questions & Interactions Answers Unloving Attitude Loving Attitude I do not allow the complete answer to my question I change the subject I lack humility I do not listen I voice disagreement I don’t ponder Lack of love to other audience members Don’t take the time of another person by force Don’t argue with a person giving their time for free Don’t waste the time of others without their choice Feel my own personal emotions being confronted

Questions & Interactions Using The Microphone Unloving Attitude Loving Attitude I refuse to use the microphone properly I am wasting time Others cannot hear me properly I refuse to respond to previous instruction A loving person always does what they have been instructed Especially when those instructions have a loving motivation or reasons

Presenters' Decisions The presenters will immediately stop and remove the microphone from any person being unloving If the presenter asks for the microphone to be removed from the person, and the person argues the decision, the presenter will remove the person From Now On

Presenters' Decisions The presenters will not give an explanation for their actions We have already identified the unloving behaviour in outline, and many hundreds of times beforehand The presenters will only respond to those people who have a sincere desire to love From Now On

Presenters' Decisions During the main presentation the presenters will only accept questions about the subjects they have already covered During the presentation Q&A's the presenters will only accept questions about the material in the related main presentation Answering Questions

Welcome & Housekeeping Please relax and enjoy your participation in the group Please make a general goal to participate more fully Please also check your outlines and write questions at the beginning of each day Conclusion
