These 8-bit Microcontrollers each have 12K/16K/24Kbyte Mask ROM or 24Kbyte EPROM on chip and available in 42SDIP/44MQFP. WHAT IS IT? The GMS82512/82516/82524(T) is functionally compatible with earlier GMS81516B(T)/81524B(T) except change 42/44pin package.
