Lets take the animal home and feed it No Feeding the animal the wrong food could kill it Holding animals captive will prevent the animal from developing survival skills Animals will loose their fear for humans, and can be harmful

Birds on the ground Most of the time, you should leave it alone In some cases, you may place it back in its nest. Some birds end up on the ground, in an attempt to fly. They should not be bothered.

Seal pups on the beach Do not get near the thing Stay 100 yards away Keep the dogs on a lease Throw peanuts at it

Other stuff Don’t touch rabbits, raccoons, and squirrels. If a bird hits a window, place it in a box for a few hours, and wait for it to fly away, if it doesn’t, call ODFW
