intensity (insight) tailored programme clear rules opportunity to learn and observe contacts and connections co-operation most of our work actually IS in national languages 100% job shadowing was impossible to offer (space for wider range of activities) being more cautious about time distribution ´tight´ budgeting identifying in detail ´points of interest´ beforehand
