I – 15 North Phase 1 (Constructed) Widened I-15 to ten lanes from US 95 (Spaghetti Bowl) to Lake Mead Widened I-15 to eight lanes from Lake Mead Boulevard to Craig Road Reconfigured Lake Mead Interchange – realignment of the on-ramps and off-ramps Added Auxiliary Lanes Completed 2010, $ 270 million Cost to Construct via Design Build (DB). The DB Project included DB design cost as well as construction costs

I-15 North Remaining Phases Phase 2 – Speedway to Craig Package A (Originally Packages A,C &D) to advertise Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2016. Anticipated cost to Construct Package A is $ 38.7 to $ 40.2 (M) million Design Bid Build (DBB). Capacity Project (4 to 6 thru lanes) Package B Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS ) DBB completed construction in 12/2013 at a cost $ 5.234 M Package E - Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS ) Speedway to Apex is now part of FAST package H1 Phase 3 – Speedway to Apex First Construction Package to Advertise FFY 2019. Capacity Project (4 to 6 thru lanes) Cost of Construction estimated to $ 75- $ 85 M Phase 4 – I-15 and CC 215 Beltway Interchange Cost of Construction estimated to $ 142 - $ 191.8 M First Construction Package FFY 2018

I-15 North Phase 2 Package A includes: Widen I-15 from 4 to 6 lanes for 4.8 miles Add Aux. Lanes between interchanges Restore pavement condition Widen & Seismic Retrofit 4 Bridges over the UPRR Landscape and Aesthetic Improvements Package B -ITS completed

I-15 North Phase 3 Project on “Hold”, Design to resume 2016 Construction Packaging to be determined Project elements Widen I-15 from 4 to 6 lanes (4.6 miles) Restore pavement condition Landscape and Aesthetic Improvements FAST Package H1 –ITS Improvements to advertise FFY2015

I-15 North Phase 4 Improve I-15 and CC 215 Beltway System to System Interchange Two concepts under consideration (Three level & Two level) Improve freeway operations and safety by providing a new interchange Interchange to be constructed to improve local connectivity as well Construction Packing To be determined by March 2016 First Construction Package FFY 2018
