Indirect Objects An Indirect Object answers the questions to whom? or for whom? Un objeto indirecto contesta las preguntas ¿A quién? o ¿Para quién?

Indirect Object Pronouns me (to me) nos (to us) te (to you) os (to you all) le (to him, to her, to you - for) les (to them, to you all - for)

Before the Conjugated Verb: The artist gave a statue to me. El artista me dio una estatua. The ticket window sold tickets to us. La ventanilla nos vendió los boletos. The witch bought a broom for you. La bruja te compró una escoba. Fideo read the book to the children. Fideo les leyó el libro.

After the Infinitive: You are going to give a book to her. Tú vas a darle un libro. My mom has to buy asprin for them. Mi madre tiene que comprarles aspirina. I want to buy popcorn for you. Yo quiero comprarte palomitas. My students prefer to give French fries to me. Mis estudiantes prefieren darme papas fritas.
