What does PTSA do? 1. Provide enrichment programs for all students at Cedar Heights. 2. Provide support for Cedar Heights staff. The PTSA provides funding for: Costly science labs (frog dissection) Scholastic News BrainPOP subscription Department mini-grants Student Recognition Programs And much more...

Financial Challenge $100-$300 mini grant per dept. Example: $300 ~700 43₵ Science Dept. Students per student

The Result... 1.Teachers spend their own money teaching our kids. 2.Reduction or Elimination of Enrichment Programs.

How You Can Help Sign up to be on the PTSA board or a PTSA committee. Participate in fundraisers. Volunteer for events/activities— more parent involvement. See the PTSA table for more info.
