Electronic Records Express The Exchange of Electronic Information
Looking to decrease the amount of mail you receive in the office requesting records? All you need is internet access! No special program needed. The Bureau of Disability Determination can make those requests for records come to you in PDF form.
Have Electronic Records? If you receive the request electronically, you can reply within minutes. Works like an email attachment in a securely encrypted environment. You can complete a request with a click of a mouse!
Prefer receiving requests via Fax? No problem! All we need is your fax number. We can fax the request as soon as the letter is written. Excellent for those capable of sending and receiving faxes from the computer!
Not Electronic Yet? If you have internet, you can still receive the requests via fax or the secure website. Just print the cover sheet and fax back the information.
