APA Mission The APA is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all children and adolescents by promoting research advancing a scholarly approach to education developing innovations in health care delivery advocating for an equitable child health agenda fostering leadership and career development of child health professionals

Young Investigator Awards: 12 in 2015 General APA Young Investigator Awards (4) All topics related to our mission MCHB/AAP: Bright Futures (6) Preventive Services for Ages 0-21, using Bright Futures ROR: Reach Out and Read (1) Early literacy and school readiness: interventions in primary care Nutrition in Underserved Communities (1) Nutrition and nutrition-related health issues in low-income populations. Resident Investigator Awards (1) All include national mentor, networking meeting at PAS
