Merger – forcing re-organization, including payroll function Organizational mandate to outsource non-key functions Maximize/Understand Ultimate Software capabilities and seeking best practices HOW WE SOLVED IT? On-site System & Process Review – QTS had a better understanding of their UltiPro infrastructure and a roadmap for future initiatives Managed Payroll Service – on boarded the client within 1 month – immediate process improvement Premier Support – dedicated functional consultant to assist with any HRIS support. Core HR and Payroll, Onboarding, and Recruitment. Will be implementing Talent later this year. WHAT WAS HAPPENING? Current leadership team and most of the staff were not there during implementation in 2013. The entire project team had left by the time Mosaic was engaged. Most of the Sunstate team was ready to abandon UP; HR and IT wanted to engage in a last ditch effort to save and revive Extremely time consuming payroll processing cycle that used many resources and hindered many other projects from getting traction HOW WE SOLVED IT?
