Clinical History A 60 year old woman with past medical history of diabetes mellitus, and hypertension present with one week of legs weakness and numbness. She also had chronic chest pain and back pain for 3 months. MRI of the spine demonstrated a diffuse replacement of the normal marrow signal at T2 vertebral body. Epidural soft tissue mass was also noted from T1 to T3 causing spinal cord compression. The epidural soft tissue also extends into the right neural foramina at T1-T2 and T2-T3. There is a right paraspinal soft tissue noted along T2 vertebral body. Multiple lung nodules were also present. Patient underwent T2 decompressive laminectomy.
