Members’ Council Voting Processes Members Council Representatives are elected by the BIFM membership Individual rep position is voted on by all members that hold a grade of Member (MBIFM) or above Corporate rep position is voted on by Group & Corporate main contacts only Members’ Council nominations process starts now and closes on 19 May 2016 Our Independent scrutineers ERS will create a voting platform for the membership to vote for their favoured candidate – each member will receive an email linking them to the platform where you will be able to view the candidates and vote on-line The voting platform will be available to start voting on 13 June On-line & postal voting ballot closes at 9.30am on 6 July– There will be no further voting from this point ERS confirm the results and the candidates elect will be announced at the AGM on 13 July - There will be NO voting on the day of the AGM
