Main products: PRODUCTS Textured soy protein “Opttema” is a product of soy raw material extrusion which has porous structure that allows to bind and retain large volume of water. It recreates the structure of high nutritive value products – meat, fish, mushrooms; can be used as partial replacement of meat (from 15% to 40%) as well as separate course. It can replace both high quality (premium and A grade meat) and low quality (trimmings meat, fat,guts) raw material. Usage of “Opttema” enhances nutritional and biological value of the ready product and allows to reduce expenses by reduction of products costs.

PRODUCTS Soy protein blend “Emulgofix” – firming structure agent based on vegetable proteins, that allows to enhance density and to improve texture of the ready products. Used in manufacturing of emulsified and coarsely cutted meat products: sausages (cooked, semi-smoked, smoked-cooked and etc) conserves with chopped meat, semi-finished products (meat dumplings, ballotines, rissole, meat stuffed pancakes) and etc.

PRODUCTS Vital wheat gluten – water insoluble vegetable protein that swells and forms fiber when hydrated. The functional properties of gluten include high absorptive capacity (180-200%), the formation of a stable, resiliently flexible structure and thermal stability at 85 ° C. Gluten is irreplaceable ingredient for bakery and flour-milling industry. It is used to produce flour with desired properties as well as to make baked goods. In meat industry gluten is used as functional ingredient that enhances density and improves structure of the ready products.

Smoke flavoring preparation «Alder smoke» PRODUCTS Smoke flavoring preparation «Alder smoke» Food ingredient - natural flavor. Produced on base of alder smoke, generated with smoke producing equipment by saturating water with smoke components, ageing the smoke condensate and clarification from water insoluble resinous matter. Mainly used in meat smoking as well as in fish and cheese production. Usage of “Alder smoke” instead of processing the products with wood smoke helps to intensify the technological processes, extend the product range, stabilize the quality of products and to gain significant economic effect.

Potato flakes PRODUCTS Potato flakes “EcoFrio” are produced from fresh potato grown in prolific climate conditions. Potato flakes are made from peeled, washed, cut, heat –treated, mixed with additives and drum-dried raw potatoes. Potato flakes are used in different areas of food industry: For production of instant food Bakery and confectionery Meat industry High quality of potato flakes guarantees stable quality of the ready product.

PRODUCTION Our company has its own production and storage premises in area of 3500 m² in Saint-Petersburg. The production is fitted out with modern Swiss equipment Bühler and American one Wenger, working 24 hours a day. Maintained by professional staff of 23 employees. Quality control department strictly controls observing all standards and requirements for production ensuring its stable quality. Production capacity is 10 000 tons of soy texturate per year.
