WHAT IS LEADERSHIP? The action of leading a group of people or an organization. Leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal. The American Legion

LEADERSHIP DEFINED BY OTHERS A leader is a person who has the ability to get other people to do what they don't want to do, and like it. Harry Truman Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he/she wants to do it. Dwight Eisenhower The American Legion
