It offers Push Scan features, for convenient use of the shared scanner regardless of its position within the office. Additionally, the Network Interface Panel can enhance productivity by offering seamless integration into a company's workflow. Document capture and storage can be automated at the touch of a button with the Network Interface Panel, minimising the steps required to complete workflow capture processes. Document Capture Pro and Document Capture Pro Server provide the user with the ability to configure advanced scan-to jobs (Scan to Cloud, FTP, Email and SharePoint) and select them directly from the interface panel, while providing access to a complete range of document imaging features directly from the shared device. The Network Interface Panel is able to ensure high levels of security, as an optional password login can be set in order to access the scanner. This provides control over the information flow within a company. Additionally, the included Document Capture Pro Server administration tool enables easy, centralised device management via any web browser, so that administrators can manage their scanners with ease.
