Using study checklist, compile study documentation for submission. Submit SSI Form(s) to relevant R&D office(s) to begin local review. Full Document Set (FDS) available? No Acknowledge receipt of application/documents Assign reference number and Governance Reviewer Create study record on SReDA, select participating R&D offices. Request outstanding documents from applicant until FDS available Yes Completed Governance Report received, stop Governance Review clock. Start Governance Review clock on receipt of FDS Upload documents to SReDA Study involving another nation? Send FDS and completed Governance Report to nations equivalent coordinating centre as and when available. Yes No Upload Governance Report to SReDA notifying participating R&D offices.
