How to Work with Architecture Team Review work going on. Agendas for discussions Minutes of Telecons Participate via email in discussion of subjects important to you. Participate in Telecons, either for education or to bring requests We want written information because it reduces confusion. Create a PEP or put an item on the agenda. Show up at the call for the discussion Create PEPs defining changes, new functionality requirements or proposed new functionality solutions.
Architecture Team work Meetings are just formal enough that we have records. Much of work can be viewed through the flow of PEPs Typical agenda Approval of previous minutes Review of ballots open on PEPs reviewed Discussion of current items (PEPs) Discussion of any new PEPs Special business on the agenda Meetings by Telecon on formal schedule Tuesday, Friday 13:00 est, 1 hour
The Architecture Team Sets Architecture strategy and direction Reviews and approves all enhancement requests (PEPs) Works largely through documented change definitions Combination of online review and Telecons.
