What are aims and objectives of the project, what and how outcomes are matched with objectives? How are you going to use Chinese School and other resources/stakeholders in next two months? What means, methods, activities and events to be taken for what purposes/objectives? What are job divisions amongst group members: research, external liaison, transcription, etc; Any questions, difficulties, or suggestions?
