End of Year Target (GCSE grade 9-1) A Note on Targets and Flightpaths… Loreto High School have re-designed our target setting process and now use GCSE Grades across Years 7-11. Based on KS2 and DfE guidance Flight paths = steps to success Flightpaths will differ depending on whether the subject has been studied at KS2.
