Operations Manager Key Function Coordinate priorities between the IT department and other departments. Monitor major projects. Approve priorities, standards, procedures, and IT overall performance. Maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Provide the ICT technology infrastructures for an organization. Scheduling updates and security backups of hardware and software systems. Collaborate with Business Development department to identify specifications of potential clients needs.
