Petron Foundation & the Bataan Coastal Care Foundation Petron: biggest downstream oil company in the Philippines with a refinery in Bataan Province; Member of ICM Council Spearheaded the creation of the Bataan Coastal Care Foundation made up of several major business locators in Bataan including Total Corp., San Miguel Corp., Philippine National Oil Company Alternative Fuels Corp. Co-finances the Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) Program of Bataan
